Nature-Based Therapy

 

The natural world insists on life ‘on its own terms;’ we can’t manipulate it to fit our own needs. 

 

Paradoxically, when we realize this, life becomes more manageable and even enjoyable. 

 

Nature teaches us how to be present to what is in the moment.  It also helps us feel our inherent connectedness and interdependence with all living things. 

 

The natural world is the doorway to our own deep evolving and engagement with the great Mystery of our being.

 

Kate offers nature-based sessions by request in the Boulder area.  Plan for sessions lasting two hours.
